First thing on the "To-Do" list was to make some gift tags for holiday presents this year. Again, I've been suffering from some "crafter's block" due to the hiatus for a few months, so I turned to the internet for some inspiration. I'm a follower of Lori Whitlock's Blog and just LOVE her designs. With the half-price sale last week at the Silhouette store, I managed to stock up on some of my favorite designs of hers. One of her design team members came up with these adorable gift tags, and I just fell in love with them! Had to make them myself :-) I did manage to change things up just a bit, but overall I would say they're definitely heavily inspired by hers.
Here's a list of supplies I used:
- Recollections Kraft Cardstock
- Silhouette Store Cuts: 5pc layered Christmas tree (design #35866), 5 piece gift tag set (design #20960), 4 Halloween labels (design #33847)
- Digital Patterned Paper: Sherry K Designs - Christmas 8
- Patterned Paper (layer) - The Paper Studio - A Cozy Little Christmas
- Hero Arts Holiday Sayings Christmas Stamps
- Gold Stickles
- Red Ribbon - 1/8" wide
- Tim Holtz - Tea Dye Distress Ink
- Maya Road Twine Cording - Tomato Red
Thanks for visiting :-)
